Wickham Laboratories is a GLP, GMP, GCP, compliant laboratory, audited by the FDA.
Our Quality System is in a constant state of evolution as methods and test procedures are updated and regulatory/client inspection recommendations are instigated. Wickham Laboratories is proud of its level of quality recognition by both industry and authority, and are able to pass these benefits on to our customers by way of delivering a quality service no matter what the laboratory discipline.
To enable us to meet such demanding ambitions, Wickham Laboratories operate an independent Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) to oversee all our test facility related activities. Our Quality System details four main functions to ensure complete control of all of our analytical activities, these being:
- Study plan checks for GLP compliant work
- Procedural inspections
- Report reviews
- Facility inspection and audits
In addition to these core functions, QAU oversees:
- Suppliers and Sub-Contractors
- Standard Operating Procedure Control & Quality Manual Maintenance
- Maintaining Change Control
- Health & Safety
- Test Report Inspection
- Review of the Quality System
